Return – Replace/Exchange – Refund and Cancellation
Products can be return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Applicable Criteria for Return
In case of wrong products (Incorrect style) or
Incorrect size(Size other than that ordered) or
Merchandize is not received in good condition, is damage or defective
You may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered
Hiva reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise and accept / reject the return / replacement request
The return here, is applicable to only customer who has purchased product on www.hiva.in
Return Intimation: You can either call on our Support Number +91 7227069690 or Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be share with the Support by email.
Payment Refund – If above conditions are fulfilled then customer is liable to receive full refund on return goods within 30 working days after we receive the returned merchandise
Replacement and/Or Exchange Policy
Replacements are applicable if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
Exchanges shall be done through courier only, for items with exactly the same piece as the item being returned. Please clearly indicate the product to be replaced as our Customer support team can confirm requested replacement only after checking the availability of the product.
After the merchandise is received by hiva.in, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a replace/exchange or refund within30 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Customer can cancel online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
If merchandise has shipped from HIVA.in premise, then shipping and COD charges are applicable on customer account.
Your refund will be initiated by us once verification is done for return goods.
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to wrong style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 5-10 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers.
